#What is Cytoskeleton?
## what are the composition of Cytoskeleton?

Abstract: Today we will discuss about the above mentioned matter. By seeing my post you will know overall about cytoskeleton .
Before study in molecular level you should have to know an overview of cytoskeleton .
Lets start our journey ....
Microtubules: In Eukaryotes' cell microtubules are produced by the dimers of protein, known as Tubulin .It is made of alpha and beta tubulin and another is gama .Alpha and Beta together joined and make a cylindrical structure . Diameter is in 20 to 25 nm .It acts as a scaffold to determine cell shape .Microtubules make spindle fibers for separating chromosomes during mitosis. It present in a geometric way inside flagella ,used for locomotion.
Intermidiate Filaments: Because of diameter which possess an intermediate size between Actin filament and microtubules ,that is 10 to 13 diameters.
This is produced by keratin family protein. Multiple of that add with each other and make a long fibre, then three fibres start wrapping and produced intermidiate filament. It helps in the anchorage of cell to form a stable tissue. Ex epithelial cells.

# Cytoskeleton is a dynamic structure which provide structural framework for cell ,serve itself as a scaffold that fix cell shape and determine the position of cytoplasm. It is responsible for movement of cell.
Next discuss about major
Component of cytoskeleton ..
## There are three types of major or principle component of cytoskeleton .
1.Actin Filaments
2.Microtubules
3.Intermediate Filaments
### Lets try to understand their structure and way of function briefly.
Actin Filaments : It also known as Microfilament .They are produced by one molecule is actin . It is fine thread like structure of protein fibre .size in 3 to 5nm in diameter . Microfilaments are associated with myosin which is,responsible for muscle contraction .
Functions: It also carry out cellular movements, cytokinesis and also gliding.
Microtubules: In Eukaryotes' cell microtubules are produced by the dimers of protein, known as Tubulin .It is made of alpha and beta tubulin and another is gama .Alpha and Beta together joined and make a cylindrical structure .
